Recruitment of Dr. W S Shaw as the Tea Scientific Officer
11 February, 2026Dr. W S Shaw succeeded in establishing the Tea Experimental Station in Nellakotta (Gudalur) and joins office on Monday, 11th October 1926. The office, officers bungalows and experimental farm was wstablished in the 27 acres of land allocated by Woodbriar Estate at Devarshola.
